Very popular bar and restaurant occupies prominent ground floor corner of the newly renovated (2009) Bangsar Shopping Centre. WIP originally stood for “work in progress”- but has now morphed into “whipped into place”. Combination of indoor and outdoor areas, tropical style garden and spectacular bar with huge wall of Heineken bottles display. The ambience is of a relaxed tropical resort.  Extensive menu with many Asian style dishes as well as seafood. Great selection of cocktails and beers and extensive wine list.  Later in the evening DJs add to the mood with their selections of tunes.  Open late…
WIP is definitely one of my favourite venues in KL- always at the top of my list for dinner and drinks!
