Hyde & Seek- celebrated gastro bar in Bangkok

The opening earlier this year of Hyde & Seek gastro bar was a welcome addition to the Bangkok dining and bar scene – bringing a style and attention to detail that is a rarity in Bangkok. It is not surprising that Hyde & Seek has become an almost instant hit with the discerning Bangkok clientele that appreciate this kind of quality offering.

The team behind Hyde & Seek comprise three Swedish mixologists and a celebrity Thai chef- reflecting an equal focus on drinks and food.
The inspiration was from London and New York – the result an ambience of a chilled out cocktail bar with a contemporary dining interpretation of classic  pub comfort food.
The interior features dark timber flooring and furniture, leather lounges, and a large main bar and impressive display wall of the large variety of bottles- the essential ingredients of a great cocktail bar. There is also an outdoor garden terrace area with tables and lounge seating for those who prefer the al fresco option.

Hyde & Seek present a unique and varied cocktail menu with many house specialities- and every month there is a special cocktail theme promotion.
Local and visiting international DJs play a mix of easy laid back music- the kind of smooth tunes suitable for the sophisticated atmosphere of the bar.
Open all day for lunch, dinner and evening drinks- closing around 1am.
There is on site parking available at the Plaza Athenee Residences- and also it is just a short walk down Soi Ruamrudee from Ploenchit Road and the Ploenchit BTS station.
