Recently opened ( November 2010), Liquid Exchange is a contemporary styled restaurant, lounge & bar located in the new Epicentrum Walk complex in the central Jakarta business district. Liquid Exchange offers drinkers the innovative experience of participating in a “live” market for the drinks – with prices displayed on numerous large LCD screens above the bar- with the most popular drinks dropping in price as more are ordered.
The venue has a large curved glass frontage at the street level entrance to Epicentrum Walk. There is an outdoor deck area with some bar stools and tables, and the interior features a large open space with a long curved, white marble bar counter, impressive large marble columns, and a modern black and white color themed decoration. Elaborate chandeliers are suspended prominently from the high ceiling, and there is a partial mezzanine level with a small bar and additional tables.
The Liquid Exchange offers a quality dining experience with a Swiss executive chef creating a selection of international and local Indonesian dishes. The restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner, with a special set lunch offer popular with local office workers.
The bar serves up a large range of creative cocktails, as well as cold draught and bottled beers, wines and spirits.
