This year, patrons at Paulaner Bräuhaus’ Oktoberfest will once again relive the convivial mood of its Munich’s original. Tentages will be set up in the al fresco terrace where they can all gather to soak up the lively atmosphere and partake in the festivities. Live German band “Scharivari Sextett” from Munich will also entertain the crowd at the bar, as well as the restaurant with rousing performances of traditional and modern Bavarian tunes spiced with all-time favourite Oktoberfest hits.
THE ORIGINAL OKTOBERFEST BIER
Paulaner Bräuhaus is the only location in Singapore where you can have a taste of authentic Oktoberfest bier as Paulaner is one of the six Munich breweries world-wide allowed to participate in this event. Savour the smooth and rich flavour of this quintessential beer, freshly-brewed on the premises by Paulaner Bräuhaus’ resident brewmaster, in accordance with the traditional purity regulations set in 1516. This full-bodied beer with a light, hoppy malt taste has an alcohol content of 6 percent. You may even get a chance to witness the showmanship of our frauleins, or bier girls, who will be on the floor in their original costumes offering Schnapps shots and gingerbread hearts.
