For the month of July only- a special menu at the Chef’s Table in partnership with Veuve Clicquot Champagne
Park Society at Sofitel So Bangkok is the place where fine gastronomy meets spectacular views that captivate the senses as the array of surrounding city lights playfully converge on the chic setting. Giving a choice of indoor and alfresco dining and with a culinary artist team led by awarding-winning Chef Paul Smart, Park Society adopts a Chef’s table concept which allows diners to tailor their dishes exactly the way they like from a wide range of fresh seasonal ingredients
“For the occasion of ‘Being on Top’, we have curated a special set menu in partnership with Maison Veuve Clicquot, a French Champagne vineyard that’s definitely on top of its game. To complement the symphony of flavours and textures on the plates, guests can also indulge in a feast for the eyes by enjoying the special set menu at the Chef’s Table and watching the show of the chefs in action,” says executive chef Paul Smart.
The Chef’s Table at Park Society
The Chef’s Table at Park Society stands directly adjacent to the open kitchen allowing a close interaction with the culinary team. Table decoration themed especially for the Veuve Clicquot Champagne Dinner during July.

Scallop & Lobster- Pan seared scallop & lobster tortellini with Champagne foam & caviar. Paired with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label.
Chilean Sea Bass- Pan seared fillet, asparagus, wild mushrooms, clams & mussels with bouillabaisse sauce. Paired with Veuve Clicquot Rose NV
From the Farm to the Ocean- Roasted Wagyu Tenderloin fillet served with tiger prawn, truffle potato, baby vegetables & truffle jus. Paired with Veuve Clicquot Vintage 2004.
Sunkist Orange & Caramel Soufflé- Gran Marnier & chocolate Jaffa ice cream. Paired with Grand Marnier.
The four-course “Being on Top” menu is THB4,900++
