Consistently popular, Red Carpet Champagne Bar has been a prominent fixture on Seminyak’s nightlife scene for nearly 5 years. The synonymous red carpet spans the 24 metre length of the main bar, and welcoming staff clad in retro bellhop uniforms greeting guests at the pavement side entrance evoke the “celebrity” experience. An outstanding list of over 100 champagne labels headlines the drink list. Famous labels such as Moët Chandon and Veuve Clicquot are complemented by exclusive rare vintages of the premier champagne houses, plus other sparkling wines and prosecco at approachable prices. Moët Chandon is also served by the glass as the ” house champagne”.
Combining indoor and outdoor terrace spaces, Red Carpet stands on a highly visible corner site. A predominantly bold red palette, combined with the brightly illuminated glass ceiling panels of the bar, make Red Carpet an eye-catching standout among the multitude of boutiques and restaurants lining Jalan Kayu Aya. Seating at high tables is provided in both the indoor and open-air sections in an open layout conducive to casual drinks at any time of the day or night. Although primarily a bar, Red Carpet serves selections of complimentary canapes during the evenings, plus other gourmet options designed especially to pair with champagnes, in particular include fresh Australian oysters served three ways.
Attractive promotions, together with weekly themed nights, enhance the vibrant atmosphere. Nightly the Happy Hour (between 9 pm and 10 pm) offers generous champagne bottle deals on labels such as Moët Chandon, Dom Perignon, Billecart and Piper Heidsieck; cocktail fans are catered for with discount deals on a selection of classic cocktails. Classic champagne cocktails include Bellini, Kir Royale and French 75; and the standout signature Red Carpet Fizz is based on the official cocktail of the Oscars- with Grand Marnier, fresh strawberries and pomegranate juice, topped with sparkling wine.
