Consistently one of Hong Kong’s most popular upscale dining and lounge destinations since its local debut in 2007, zuma Hong Kong offers polished renditions of modern Japanese cuisine, together with an exceptional cocktail and lounge experience. Located within the prestigious Landmark complex in Central Hong Kong, zuma occupies  a striking two-level space suffused with the contemporary Japanese design aesthetic that is the hallmark of the zuma group restaurants internationally. The upper level features the zuma lounge and cocktail bar, with a sweeping curvilinear internal staircase leading to the expansive lower level restaurant and outdoor terrace. zuma is as popular with a lunchtime business clientele as it is in the evenings for after-work drinks and sociable dining.

At the upper level Lounge, an appetizing bar menu of signature sharing platters, robata  selections, and sushi & maki rolls offers a casual and relaxed dining option at lunchtime, while the consummate contemporary European mixology entices an evening crowd with its renowned zuma Signature cocktails, complemented by selections of innovative cocktails featuring Asian-inflected flavours. And as the evening unfolds, the resident DJ injects an upbeat tempo as the bar transforms into a sophisticated late night drinks rendezvous.

Renowned for their sophisticated cocktail program, zuma lounge are regularly updating the cocktail selections with new, innovative creations from bar manager Arkadiusz Rybak. A specialist in cutting-edge European mixology techniques, Arkadiusz has developed a tantalising new collection of specialty cocktails, created variously with innovative infusion and distillation techniques, barrel and bottle ageing, and top-notch ingredients. New cocktails that exemplify the polished mixology include his consummate rendition of the classic

New cocktails that epitomize the polished mixology include a consummate rendition of the classic Dirty Martini – a well-balanced combination of Ketel One distilled with green olives and Noilly Prat infused with Wadi Tops, pre-mixed and stored in the freezer. Served straight to the glass with a green olive, the martini is uniquely neither shaken nor stirred. Another standout new cocktail is the Majipan – an elegant libation created from Nikka whisky, barrel infused with Gold marzipan, shaken with egg white, lemon juice and sugar, served in a rock glass with hand carved ice cube, and garnished with fresh cotton flower infused with almonds, with grated tonka bean sprinkled on top.

zuma bar & lounge opens Monday to Friday 12:00 pm until late; and Saturday and Sunday 3:00 pm until late.
