A remarkable combination of craft microbrewery, sophisticated dining, and panoramic views from a rooftop skyscraper location rewards patrons of LeVeL33 in Singapore. Occupying the entire top floor of an office tower within Singapore’s Marina Bay Financial District, LeVeL33 is also noteworthy as the world’s highest operating urban microbrewery. Classic European beer recipes are expertly brewed on-site under the direction of the  full-time German-trained brewmaster. Contemporary European cuisine and beer dining menus, specially designed to pair agreeably with the beers, are served in the vibrant main dining areas. Wrapped around two sides of the building facade, a spacious outdoor balcony provides spectacular, unobstructed views across the Marina Bay precinct and CBD skyline.

Gleaming copper brewing kettles provide the focal centrepiece of the expansive LeVeL33 main bar and dining floor space, while a series of stainless steel tanks feature prominently at the main entrance passage. The entire space is encased within a full-height glass facade that affords spectacular views from every table. Designed with a sophisticated industrial chic aesthetic, the interior decor features unpolished concrete floors, warm timber and leather furniture, and a predominantly earth-toned decor that blends harmoniously with the craft brewery installation. Two conjoined Baron de Philippe Rothschild private dining rooms offer discrete and luxurious dining spaces for intimate corporate or social occasions. In a collaboration with Mouton Rothschild, LeVeL33 features an exceptional selection of premier vintages from the famous Bordeaux wine estate. 

At the heart of the upscale LeVeL33 experience are the accomplished craft beers brewed in-house. A selection of signature craft beers is supplemented with frequently updated seasonal brews. Crafted with premium quality ingredients from authentic European recipes, signature beer styles include a Blond Lager, India Pale Ale, House Porter, Stout and Wheat Beer. Also catering to non-beer drinkers, LeVeL33 offer in addition to their exclusive Mouton Rothschild vintage wines, a thoughtfully assembled list of boutique wines sourced from a global selection of artisanal wine producers.

A popular downtown dining destination for both lunch and dinner, the LeVeL33 menus – Executive Set Lunch, Beer Dining and a la carte Dinner – feature contemporary European cuisine, elevated with Mediterranean and Asian influences. Menus offer selections of sharing platters, small bites, salads, main courses and desserts. Stand out dishes created by executive chef Jimi Tegerdine include the Ploughman’s Board for sharing – with cured and smoked meats, rillette, beer pickles, beer mustard and Turkish bread; and the Beef & Reef – chargrilled Black Angus sirloin, pan roasted jumbo prawn, tomato caraway jam and mustard pickled fennel.

LeVeL33 is open daily, serving their signature freshly-brewed craft beers and the Beer Dining Menu all day, together with the popular Executive Set Lunch, and the a la carte dinner menu. Featured promotions include Happy Hours on weekdays between 12pm and 8pm;  Saturday Brunch; and Sunday Roast lunch. Table reservations are recommended.
