Sustainable Bistronomy cuisine by chef Ryan Clift from Singapore’s acclaimed Tippling Club

Opened earlier this year along the vibrant Jalan Petitenget at the epicentre of Bali’s hip Seminyak neighbourhood, GROW is a new restaurant concept from acclaimed Singapore-based chef Ryan Clift. Internationally recognised for his multi-awarded Tipping Club restaurant and bar in Singapore, at Grow he introduces his sustainable dining concept to the increasingly sophisticated Bali dining scene. Sourcing the best of Bali’s organic produce, traceable fresh seafood and locally farmed meats, Chef Ryan creates an evolving menu of simple produce-forward dishes that fuse polished French culinary technique with an eclectic variety of Asian flavours and ingredients.
Just like its sibling Tippling Club in Singapore, at Grow diners can also savour an extraordinary cocktail experience with a refined cocktail menu of innovative and refreshing drinks. In addition to the restaurant bar, the recently opened GROW UP rooftop bar and terrace offers enchanting views across the local landscape while enjoying the sophisticated avant-garde cocktail creations and bar bites of Chef Ryan.
Located at the boutique L Hotel Seminyak, the air-conditioned interior dining space at Grow is pleasingly decorated with a casually elegant tropical aesthetic. Open daily from 7:00am, Grow serves a Breakfast Menu, followed by an All-Day dining menu until midnight.
