Morton’s Atrium Bar and Morton’s The Steakhouse have been operating at the Mandarin Oriental Singapore since 1997- and are part of the famous international Mortons Restaurant Group of company-owned fine steakhouse dining establishments. Mortons establishments world-wide are renowned for their speciality of serving prime beef of the highest quality, in luxurious interiors of dark woods, subdued lighting and white tablecloths.
In Singapore, the Morton’s Atrium Bar has long been one of the most popular bars in the city, thanks largely to the exceptional offerings of the “Mortinis Hours” of 5pm-7pm on weeknights when the iconic Morton’s martinis are attractively priced and served with complimentary filet mignon steak sandwiches. And there is also a special “Late Night” offer from 8pm – 11pm of Morton’s Prime Burgers with draft beer and wines at promotional prices. There is an extensive menu of bar snacks, and the drinks list includes their speciality martinis, plus other cocktails, spirits, beers and wines.
The bar itself is housed in a uniquely designed, stand alone structure on the atrium of the 4th floor of the hotel. The roof is timber beamed in an oriental pagoda style, and the round shaped interior has dark timber bar tables and leather upholstered stools, plus seating at low tables.
Directly adjacent to the stairway up to the Atrium Bar is the entrance to Morton’s The Steakhouse.
Inside the entrance to The Steakhouse is another bar- with signature dark timber bar and panelling and leather bar stools.
The Steakhouse main dining room has featured wine display tables and wall storage racks, an open “exhibition” kitchen, and both free-standing tables, and a number of leather upholstered dining booths along the walls.
Access to both the Morton’s Atrium Bar and Morton’s The Steakhouse are via elevators in the main hotel lobby area to the 4th floor.
The Atrium Bar is open from 5pm – 11pm Monday- Saturday, and 5pm – 10pm on Sundays.
The Steakhouse opens 5:30pm – 11pm Monday- Saturday, and 5:30pm – 10pm on Sundays.
