Hidden speakeasy bar along vibrant Soi 11 serving classic cocktails with Thai inflected flavours

Launched in mid-2018 by the international team of bar professionals behind the acclaimed Thonglor speakeasy #FindTheLockerRoom – their second venue #FindThePhotoBooth is ingrained with the DNA of its sibling bar. Behind the bar, the accomplished international and local bartenders dispense polished drinks from a cocktail list constructed around classic cocktails – each offered in two versions – the original – and a contemporary interpretation with a Thai-twist.
#FindThePhotoBooth can be found within a 2nd-floor sports bar – adjacent to the Grand President Hotel on Soi 11. Once you have figured out the entry process – the space revealed down a dimmed passageway and behind dark curtains exudes the atmosphere of a sophisticated drinking den. A handsome bar is centre stage – while the spacious interior accommodates patrons on plush leather chairs and velvet banquettes. Unusually for a speakeasy bar – there is floor space for dancing – and energised with resident DJ’s on Friday and Saturday nights – #FindThePhotoBooth is well-attuned with its location along Bangkok’s famous Soi 11 nightlife destinations.
Highlights from the cocktail list include The Thai Godson of Sidecar – a Thai twist on the classic Sidecar made with vanilla-infused brandy and homemade roasted Thai coconut syrup topped with roasted lemon meringue. And From SOHO to Soi 11 is crafted with Chiang Mai coffee-infused Tanqueray Dry London gin, homemade spiced tonic water syrup and Creme de Cassis.
