The Bar is open daily from 5 pm- serving classic and creative cocktails, plus an extensive drinks list of premium liquors, single malts, beers and non-alcoholic beverages.

The well-crafted drinks list offers an excellent choice of cocktails and other liquors, prepared and served with friendly professionalism by bartenders in smart white vests.
The cocktail list encompasses the quintessential “Classics” such as Cosmopolitan, Negroni, Americano, Margarita, Mai Tai and Singapore Sling. A selection of “The Peninsula Signatures” are featured below. Other cocktails listed include selections of “Martinis” ; “Muddled and Long Cocktails”; “Champagne Cocktails”; and “Fizz , Collins & Sours”. In all, an impressive selection of sublimely prepared cocktails, guaranteed to satiate the most demanding of thirsts.
BOMBAY BLOSSOM- Bombay sapphire Gin, Campari, Orange Curacao, orange juice & lime juice. Garnish with cherry and orange rind.
THAIJITO- Thai rum, peach schnapps, fresh lime juice, muddled with lime, mint and pineapple, raw sugar. Garnish with pineapple stick, red chili slices and mint.
PENINSULA SUNRISE- Bacardi Rum, lychee liqueur, pineapple juice, lychee juice. Garnish with mint leaves & lycheee.
