Occupying a beautifully realised space that seamlessly connects the colonial heritage of the historic Clifford Pier with the contemporary luxury of the prestigious The Fullerton Bay Hotel, The Landing Point takes the traditional concept of “lobby lounge” to a stylishly refined level. Set within a newly constructed (2010) indoor promenade that connects the main hotel building with its entry point at the entrance to the restored Clifford Pier (built in 1933, Clifford Pier was the original landing point for immigrants and other sea passengers arriving in Singapore), The Landing Point combines an opulently furnished Lounge section; an impressive modern cocktail bar that extends across the glass-walled section facing out onto Marina Bay; and a spacious outdoor terrace ideal for evening drinks under the stars. Exuding a refined yet relaxed sophistication, The Landing Point offers guests and a discerning local clientele, a variety of dining and refreshment options all day- commencing with breakfast in the early morning and transitioning through the day with lunch, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails and tapas.

The cuisine served at The Landing Point can be classified as “chic comfort food”- with selections of local & international dishes, and tapas style small plates for nibbles with drinks. The all-day a la carte menu offers dishes such as Wagyu Cheeseburger– with aged cheddar, caramelized onion, jam and classic garnished with truffle fries, topped with seared slab of Foie Gras; Steak & Frites– Grilled Angus beef entrecote, Buerre Maître d’hôtel and truffle fries; and some local favourites such as Fullerton’s Hainanese Chicken Rice– boneless simmered chicken, fragrant rice, chili, ginger, dark soy sauce; and Nasi Goreng– fried rice, Indonesian style, with shrimp, chicken satay, fried chicken, fried egg.

At the impressive bar, beverages served include an extensive range of fine wines, champagnes, cognacs, brandies, whiskies, hand-crafted cocktails, juices, teas & infusions and coffees. The cocktail selection is highlighted by The Clifford Collection– an assemblage of 8 signature drinks based on fresh local ingredients- stand-out examples include Collyer’s Folly– Gin, holy basil, lemon, honey, soda;  Passionfruit Eternal– vodka, thyme, passion fruit, citrus, pineapple; and Fullerton Bay Sazerac– Hennessy VS cognac, duo of bitters, absinthe mist, lemon oil. Other cocktails are grouped under selections of vintage classics, seven varieties of  whisky or rum based “Old Fashioned”, and other all-time favourite cocktails.

Afternoon Tea at The Landing Point has become a popular Singapore afternoon attraction, offering indulgent refreshment amid the relaxed ambiance of the Lounge and tranquil waterfront location.  Accompanying the range of gourmet teas from TWG Tea, is the sumptuous three-tiered stand showcasing selections of sweet and savoury bites. Each item on the three-tier stand is replenishable, and guests can enjoy up to three different types of teas, coffees or hot chocolate- representing attractive value with the Set priced at S$43 per person.  The signature Fullerton Express Tea was especially commissioned from TWG Tea by the Fullerton Group- the exclusive white tea features a delicate, refreshing fragrance and a mellow, slightly sweet flavour with hints of floral notes from highly aromatic wildflowers. Afternoon Tea is served daily between 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm.
