Popular Bangkok rooftop lounge & bar launches mouth-watering new “Surf & Turf” menu & cocktails

Recently amBar rooftop lounge at the FourPoints by Sheraton Bangkok launched their annual Surf & Turf menu promotion in conjunction with the onset of Bangkok’s winter dry season in November. With clear skies and cooler evenings making for ideal conditions to enjoy open air rooftop dining, amBar entices guests with its fresh seasonal seafood and prime steaks special menu. Prime cuts of top quality Black Angus beef and fresh local seafood selections are offered at very attractive prices.
The Surf & Turf menu offers a selection of specialties including beef steak, lamb chops, poultry, fresh seafood such as scallops, sea bass, salmon. Chef’s specialties are the Phuket Lobster Tail & Black Angus Beef, Black Angus Beef Rib Eye and Giant Andaman Tiger Prawns.
Sumptuous new cocktails have been created to match with the assertive flavours of the seafood and steak dishes. Highlights include the Bloody Tom Yum Goong- Vodka, tomato juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt & black pepper, lemongrass, chili, kaffir lime leaves, boiled shrimp; and Passion Crispy Bacon– Vodka, orange juice, fresh passion fruit, crispy bacon.
