Located at the apex of one of Singapore’s prestigious office towers, Zafferano entices with its combination of contemporary authentic Italian cuisine, stylish and sophisticated decor, and open-air rooftop terrace with stunning views. Since opening in 2012, Zafferano has attracted both a solid corporate clientele with its business lunches and private dining rooms, plus a diverse evening clientele appreciative of an elegant Italian dining experience. Occupying an expansive space on the 43rd floor of the Ocean Financial Centre, the design deftly combines the contemporary elegance of the main restaurant dining room and lounge, with a casual ambience out on the glass-encased rooftop terrace that wraps around three sides of the restaurant. Zafferano serves lunch and dinner in the restaurant dining rooms Monday to Friday, with dinner only on Saturdays. On the Terrace, guests can enjoy afternoon and evening drinks whilst taking in the spectacular panoramic views, with live DJs on featured nights adding an up-tempo, vibrant atmosphere.
Serving an authentic Italian cuisine- the Zafferrano culinary team under recently appointed Head Chef Marco Guccio, cook with carefully selected fresh produce and classical technique, overlaid with a light contemporary touch and an eye-pleasing, yet simple presentation. Signature dishes include Ravioli di burrata– light burrata ravioli with basil and tomato passata sauce with roasted tomato confit; Ossobucco– veal shin braised in red wine, pilaff rice with toasted pine nuts, leeks and raisins; and Sfoglia croccante alle mela– caramelised golden apple segments on crisp pastry with homemade Madagascar vanilla ice cream.

An impressive 1,000 bottle walk-in cellar showcases the extensive selection of wines- primarily sourced from the leading wine growing regions of Italy- and ideally complementing the flavours of the Italian cuisine. Additional selections of wines from France, Germany and Australia add variety and depth to the wine list. Supplementing the wine cellar, Zafferano offers an alluring range of 40 wines- red, white and sparkling- served by the glass in the elegant Wine Lounge setting adjacent to the main dining area.
Delicious cocktails created by the mixologists at the striking centrepiece Zafferano bar are a popular choice for after-work drinks, pre-dinner drinks- or relaxed libations on the outside terrace. Deploying their creative mixology skills the bartenders craft some impressive signature cocktails, as well as excellent versions of the “classics”. The well stocked bar offers a comprehensive list of refreshing beverages- with the attractive Happy Hour deals particularly enticing for after-work drinks.
With its convenient and prestigious CBD location, Zafferano also specialise in hosting corporate events, private cocktail parties, and discreet private dining rooms offer a luxurious setting for special occasions.
