Nestled into the base of the dramatic Uluwata cliffs of Bali’s southern most coastline, Finn’s Beach Club seduces with its idyllic setting of private white sand beach and shimmering blue lagoon waters sheltered behind an offshore coral reef. On a resort island renowned for its many outstanding beach clubs, Finn’s enjoys a preeminent status thanks to its private location- discretely set within the prestigious Semara Luxury Villa Resort– and fabulous combination of unspoilt beach, safe water sports and first rate dining. Open daily from 9 am- Finn’s offers a full day of beach lounging and water activities- extending into the evenings with the sunset Bonfires on the Beach, and enchanting dining overlooking the Indian Ocean. As befits its association with the luxury villa resort- the service and facilities at Finn’s exemplify an under-stated sophistication- tastefully chic- but without pretension.
Accessing Finn’s from the cliff top at Semara Villas, guests descend almost vertically down the 70 metre cliff face on the private inclinator- a brief but spectacular ride that reveals the stunning setting. Blending harmoniously with its beachfront location, the main structure of Finn’s is constructed from white limestone rock and local bamboo timbers, with Balinese-style soaring thatched roofs. The facilities include the main open-air restaurant and bar, a terrace section of day lounges with umbrellas, and the beach-side umbrella settings- with a choice of bean bags or timber sunbeds. Two private Tree Top Bales are available for booking- the Spa Bale for private massage treatments, and the Private Lounge for small groups of up to six guests.
Beach passes for day visitors are attractively priced at only Rp250K -with children under 12 admitted free. A food and beverage credit of Rp150K is included with each pass- plus free WiFi, towels and unlimited use of the water activities- snorkeling, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards (monthly tide charts are helpfully published on the Finn’s website). The restaurant is open for all-day dining, with cocktails and refreshing juices at the bar, and DJ sessions on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Commensurate with its private, upscale status, guest numbers are limited to avoid over-crowding. Reservations are accepted for the restaurant only after 6 pm, and the Tree Top Bales with minimum spend of Rp500K per person. During other times restaurant seating is on a first come first served basis.

All-day dining at Finn’s follows a beach-casual approach with simple, characterful dishes prepared from fresh local produce by the culinary team. The restaurant menu has a Mediterranean inflection- with pizzas cooked in the stone oven a specialty, plus pastas, salads and fresh seafood.
