The Sundara Bar– a comfortable air conditioned space of relaxed sophistication and accomplished mixology- is housed within one pavilion;  a larger twin level pavilion accommodates a variety of dining spaces and private rooms, plus a second bar set on the upper level open-air balcony.

Open daily from 11:00 am, Sundara serves a light, all-day dining menu, complementing the modern Australian cuisine of grilled seafood and meats that anchors the lunch and dinner menus.

Enticing promotions at Sundara include the popular Sundowners– daily between 5 pm and 7 pm- two for one cocktails- coinciding nicely with the evening sunset. And the signature Sunday Brunch, served every Sunday from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm, offers a generous selection of the restaurants most popular dishes at very approachable prices. Sundara Cocktails

An extensive drinks list has been created for Sundara by the globally renowned cocktail maestro Javier de las Muelas-founder of the legendary DRY Martini Bar in Barcelona. Regular training sessions on-site by de las Muelas ensure that guests of Sundara can appreciate the finest contemporary mixology. Signature cocktails feature a tropical influence- with extensive use of fresh local ingredients- meticulously prepared with premium spirits and exemplary technique.

Sundara Sunday Brunch

Leisurely Sunday Brunches are a specialty at Sundara– including family-friendly menu options- and offer excellent value at only Rp350K ++ per adult.  Taking a different approach to the traditional buffet format, guests firstly select a main course option, and then the table can order unlimited selections to share from a variety of starters and desserts.
