JW Marriott’s ‘Taste the Moment’ Festival Debuts in Singapore on 24 & 25 March 2018

“Taste of JW” by the JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts group comes to Singapore for the first time on March 24th and 25th – showcasing a pan-Asia culinary exploration of cuisine and culture created by chefs from JW Marriott hotels across the region.
In Singapore the “Taste the Moment” culinary festival will feature six world-class chefs from across Asia Pacific and expert partners sharing their passions through a curated collection of extraordinary dining experiences, masterclasses and workshops designed to surprise and delight at every moment.
‘Taste the Moment’ is the culmination of previous chapters of the campaign held at the group’s hotels and resorts across Asia, including Beijing, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Seoul and Phuket. Singapore has been chosen as the host for this inaugural festival for its vibrant dining landscape and elevated culinary appreciation.

MASTERCLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Each masterclass is hosted by an international chef. Unearth the origins of truffles at “For the Love of Truffles”, presented by Chef Stefano Di Salvo (JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach), as he demonstrates how this ingredient can transform a dish from good to extraordinary. At the “Nourish to Flourish” masterclass, Chef Sidharth Bhardwaj (JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, India), will share his passion for eating well and how to dishes that deliver nutritional benefits with big flavor. Be the first to taste the delightful flavors of Phu Quoc at the “Hidden Island Delights” masterclass, where Chef Muhammad Mutjahid Ahmad (JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa, Vietnam) will guide you through a culinary journey inspired by this emerging Southeast Asian hot spot.
