Bensley’s Bar at Shinta Mani Angkor and Bensley Collection Pool Villas in Siem Reap has been a popular watering hole for hotel guests, visitors, and local residents since opening in 2012. Named to honor legendary designer, architect & philanthropist Bill Bensley, the charming and intimate Bensley-designed open-air lounge bar is located on the second floor of the hotel and has an inviting and relaxed ambiance, with a team of experienced bartenders creating classic and bespoke cocktails, while the drinks menu highlights over 30 selected gins available for the Bensley’s Bar signature G&T’s.

Taking it to the next level, with a revamp in early 2020, Bensley’s Bar added a Gin Bar Corner to the existing menu with 30 artisanal gins from all over the globe, mixed with a range of crafted Fever Free Tonic mixers and 11 irresistible signature gin-based cocktails.  Also introduced was a fundraising program at the Bar, with Bill Bensley challenging guests to get tipsy and feel even better as part of proceeds from all bar sales are donated to the Shinta Mani Foundation Hospitality School. The profit margin from any of the individual beverages will support one day of training for one student and for a bottle of wine, will support five days of training for one student.

“Bensley’s – a bar with a heart” is located on the second floor at Shinta Mani Angkor – with a birds-eye view of Siem Reap street life in the historic palace quarter.
