Recently launched at The St. Regis Singapore the The St. Regis Bar Singapore entices guests and cocktail aficionados with a destination experience where the character of early 20th-century Manhattan is reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. The St Regis’s New York legacy is embodied in both the interior design and cocktail menu.

Polished brass double-storey doors open into an interior shaped by refined craftsmanship and purposeful detail. Inside, bold geometric flooring and elegant metal screens establish a structured rhythm, softened by subtle floral motifs which pay homage to the bar’s botanical inspiration. At the heart of the space is a birdcage-inspired back bar. Crafted from aged brass, the structure forms a grid of softly illuminated display boxes that showcase an exceptional selection of spirits. The bar counter, wrapped in a liquid metal finish and paired with dark Tundra grey marble, reflects light with a gentle movement that contrasts with the stone’s timeless surface.

Seating is arranged for comfort and conversation, from suede banquettes to a semi-private enclave designed for more intimate gatherings while still connected to the energy of the main room.

Leading the mixology programme at The St. Regis Bar Singapore is Kelvin Saquilayan, who brings over a decade of experience and international acclaim. Beginning his career in 2015 at Manhattan Bar, he rose swiftly from server to head bartender, guiding the bar back into the World’s 50 Best Bars in 2022 and earning recognition for his inventive yet refined style.

Introducing the Time After Time” cocktail menu a curated journey through five defining decades, each expressed through the dual lenses and identities of New York and Singapore. By pairing American drinking trends with local flavours and cultural references, the menu highlights how these two cities have evolved in parallel and in contrast. From the Roaring Twenties-inspired drinks to 1960s glamour, 70s disco fever, the creative cool of the 1990s, and imagined interpretations of the future, “Time After Time” sparks conversation and discovery. Highlights include the Merlion Sling, the Mai Tai-styled Eternal Tropicalia, the Disco-tea-que Spritz, Club Kid Espresso and the DOF.01 Old Fashioned. Another highlight is a new iteration of the bar’s signature Bloody Mary – The Straits Mary. Smokey and complex, the cocktail is built on bak kwa-infused bourbon and tomato juice, alongside spice-forward ingredients like chilli padi, sancho, and black pepper, as well as gochujang for added kick.
