This December marks a significant milestone for LeVeL33 as the microbrewery celebrates 15 years of brewing and hospitality above Marina Bay. Since opening in 2010, the world’s highest urban microbrewery has continually adapted to the changing rhythms of Singapore’s dining landscape -— refining its culinary philosophy, embracing collaborations, and introducing new experiences — all while staying true to the values that have defined its journey.

As LeVeL33 enters its 15th year, it continues to evolve with the way people dine, drink, and connect today. While its foundations in craft remain steady, the microbrewery is gradually shaping new experiences that make the space more relaxed, accessible, and suited to any occasion.

Among the developments on the horizon is an upcoming collaboration with German brewer Erdinger, set to debut in the coming months. This partnership brings together two distinct brewing traditions and signals LeVeL33’s interest in expanding its perspective while staying grounded in its core values.

Raising a Pint to 15 Years of Brewing Above the Bay

While December marks a reflective moment for LeVeL33, the celebrations are equally about raising a toast to the future. The celebrations kick off on Sunday, 7 December 2025, with an anniversary event that brings together the spirit and creativity of LeVeL33.

From 12 PM to 4 PM, guests are invited to raise a pint to 15 years of craft with complimentary free-flow house-brewed beers and every dish and handcrafted cocktail available at a celebratory price of SGD $15++. The anniversary menu by Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski bridges LeVeL33’s evolution, bringing back Old Favourites alongside Current Crowd Pleasers that reflect the brewery’s beer-centric philosophy and commitment to sustainability.

Headlining the festivities is the debut of Hoppy 15 — LeVeL33’s 15th Anniversary Brew, crafted with 15 distinct hops as a toast to the brewery’s fifteen years of innovation. Launching 21 November, and available throughout the month of December, this celebratory brew will be available on tap and in limited-edition speciality cans via LeVeL33’s webshop, while stocks last.

Festive Gifting: Bringing LeVeL33 Home

As the year-end season unfolds, for those seeking a gift that embodies LeVeL33’s craftsmanship, the limited-edition 15th Anniversary Hamper brings together items inspired by the brewery’s 15-year journey.

The highlight of the hamper is a bottle of Alma Assemblage 1 Franciacorta DOCG from Bellavista Wine. As part of LeVeL33’s partnership with the Italian winery, each bottle sports a custom label that celebrates the microbrewery’s 15-year milestone.
