Gaia – For Longtime Lovebirds
Since the opening in 2001, the enchantment of Gaia has continually brought potential soul mates together. Its recent refreshing facelift with the pink rose-colored feature walls simply adds a sense of romance in its inviting atmosphere. Share thy love over a four-course contemporary Italian feast prepared by Executive Chef Paolo Monti. Priced at HK$888 per person, it highlights Ravioli of Swiss Chard and Ricotta with shaved black truffle emulsion, followed by a choice of main: Pistachio and Cured Tuscan Crusted Lamb Loin Saddle or Sea Salt and Citrus Baked Sea Bass, drizzled with olive oil and Linguria. The Hot Chocolate Pudding with passion fruit and salty cacao crunch certainly ends the night on a sweet note. At Gaia, memories that last a lifetime are created.

Opened for two decades now, Va Bene never fails to impress the classy crowd with its home-style Italian cuisine. Executive Chef Giuseppe Maria Brancati delights sweethearts with a three-course menu, priced at HK$528 per person. For starters, enjoy the Smoked Trout with pickled vegetables and pine nuts or Tartare of Veal with quail egg, sweet tomato and black truffle shavings. This is followed by your choice of main – Homemade Gnocchi with fish ragout, fresh tomatoes and thyme, Pan-fried Sea Bream with smoked potato foam and deep-fried zucchini, or Pork Tenderloin served with crunchy bacon and 25 year-old balsamic vinegar. Be enticed with the light Puff Pastry, filled with apple, raisin, walnuts, and vanilla sauce.

Spanish Executive Chef Noemi Gutierrez dishes up a three-course menu with a feminine twist. The fresh and light cuisine style will definitely bring you a nice surprise. For HK$298 per person, guests will be first treated to a tapas delight — Iberico bellota ham on toasted bread, followed by enticing dishes that include Scallops coupled with ginger panna cotta and lump fish roe, Iberian Pork Tenderloin with pear compote and crispy parsnip.
