Launched in January 2014, the One-Ninety Bar by Javier de las Muelas is set within the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. A sleek and sophisticated bar that pays homage to the legendary martini service ritual developed by Javier de as Muelas at his world famous Dry Martini Bar in Barcelona, One-Ninety Bar introduces to Singapore a stylish and refined destination for cocktail aficionados to appreciate the sublime creations of the renowned Spanish master, in an atmosphere conducive to relaxed and discrete business conversations, or equally appealing for social engagements and evening libations.

Enjoy exceptional Gin and Tonics at exceptional value. Served in super-chilled goblets with double shots of gin, an extensive range of bespoke gin-based cocktails are available, each infused with unique DROPLET flavours specially formulated by Four Seasons’ creative partner Javier de las Muelas.
Each guest will enjoy 1-for-1 Gin & Tonic exclusively every Thursday from 5 p.m. G & T’s from SGD 24 each

Copper Kettle Fridays

In partnership with Ketel One Vodka and as homage to their iconic copper distiller, bespoke cocktails will be specially crafted and served in a unique Copper Kettle: a unique experience of flair and presentation that cocktail lovers will appreciate.
All guests will receive one welcome taster cocktail. For every Kettle Cocktail ordered, each guest will enjoy a complimentary bar bite.

Burger Bar

Eating at bars can also be a luxurious and delicious affair! Four Seasons have launched a Burger Bar menu at One-Ninety Bar and Terraza by Javier de las Muelas, featuring burgers such as the bestselling Wagyu Beef burger, truffle fries and a soda, starting from only SGD26++ for the whole meal. Served in very generous portions, there are also have special cocktail pairings for the burgers, recommended personally by cocktail maestro Javier de las Muelas.  

The Burger Bar menu is available at One-Ninety Bar and Terraza by Javier de las Muelas at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore every Monday to Saturday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
