Iconic Singapore rooftop bar introduces the spirit of Apertivo for late afternoon and pre-dinner cocktails

Apertivo cocktails   Taking inspiration from the quintessential Italian apertivo concept for late afternoon or pre-dinner drinks, Head Mixologist Knut Randhem has recently added a collection of apertivo-themed cocktails. Deploying his extensive experience with blending Asian ingredients and taste profiles into classic cocktail recipes, he has created well-balanced and flavorful interpretations of familiar apertivo drinks.  Some of the highlights include his Cynar Spritz –  which uses the herbal-infused Cynar Italian bittersweet liqueur in place of Aperol to create a refreshing drink with subtle savoury notes. And the classic Gin & Tonic gets an upgrade in the Barcelona G&T – adding a specialist craft gin – Geranium Gin from Denmark – and served Spanish-style with large ice chunks, zesty grapefruit, rosemary and juniper berries.  Other Apertivo cocktails include Summer Cup – a twist on the classic Pimm’s Cup; Sangria; and the classic Aperol Spritz. All cocktails are priced at S$24++

The SkyBar and Club Lounge at CE LA VI Singapore are open daily from 12 pm until late.
