DFS offer complimentary cocktails created by top Singapore bartenders – plus pop-up bar events

Celebrating the first anniversary of the DFS Wines & Spirits Duplex at Changi Airport Terminal 3, DFS in collaboration with leading craft spirits distributor Proof & Company, are hosting a Singapore-themed Cocktail Festival. Over a 6-week period from May to the end of June, travelers at Terminal 3 can participate in a variety of tasting events, enjoy pop-up bartender shifts from leading local bars, and try complimentary serves of three Singapore-inspired cocktails created specifically for the festival. Each weekend during the festival bartenders from some of Singapore’s most celebrated bars will serve their three exclusive cocktail creations while on weekdays a series of mini masterclasses; a champagne cocktail party by Veuve Clicquot; and other events will be offered.

Between May 20th and June 30th head up to the Long Bar by Raffles on the upper level of the DFS Wines & Spirit Duplex at Terminal 3 for complimentary cocktails (available daily) plus the program of pop-up bar events.

    Chop Chop Lah: inspired by chicken rice- Absolut Vodka, ginger syrup, lemon juice, East Imperial soda, fresh cucumber & parsley

    Kiasu Kaya: tropical holiday drink using Singaporean flavors of coconut and pandan - Ron Zacapa rum, Benedictine D.O.M., fresh pineapple juice, fresh orange juice & coconut pandan syrup.

    Shiok Date: Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel, lemon juice, date syrup, Luxardo Maraschino, egg white, goji berries - inspired by a traditional herbal soup dessert.
