Since its establishment back in 2012, Jigger & Pony has been one of the standard bearers for the Singaporean cocktail scene. Combining polished bartending technique with warm hospitality has proven a winning formula and has seen Jigger & Pony garner its ranking among the top cocktail bars in Singapore – and Asia. Continuing its evolution, last year Jigger & Pony relocated from its original Amoy Street location to a new and enlarged space within the Amara Hotel in Tanjong Pagar. While evoking the vibe of the original bar – the expanded space offers two bar counters set across split levels- with a sophisticated decor that draws on a mid-century design ethos.

Taking the cocktail bar experience to the next level, the experienced, multi-awarded bar team have created an informative magazine-style menu of classic, signature and reimagined cocktails. The comprehensive menu features detailed descriptions and cocktails listed under multiple categories such as Jigger & Pony Classics; Rediscovering Classics of Asia; and Timeless Classics & Trendy Signatures. Each drink is elevated with well-executed contemporary and Japanese bar technique plus an encyclopedic understanding of balanced ingredient combinations. Each new edition of the menu features an in-depth examination of popular classics – the new Menu Issue 02  focuses on the Old Fashioned, and Martinis – with five variations featured.

Jigger & Pony continues to set a high bar within Singapore’s burgeoning cocktail culture – attracting old friends, well-traveled cocktail aficionados, and a new generation of cocktail drinkers.
