New Tanqueray Gin & Tonic menu celebrates spring weather on harbourfront outdoor terrace

Since 2018 La Rambla by Catalunya has been serving authentic Spanish cuisine at an expansive indoor/outdoor space at Hong Kong’s iconic ifc mall. Overlooking Victoria Harbour and the city skyline the outdoor terrace offers the ideal setting for relaxed all-day cocktails accompanied with Catalan-inspired tapas light bites.
This month La Rambla has introduced their new Tanqueray Gin & Tonic cart – serving a selection of five Gin & Tonic variations made with Tanqueray gins, high-quality tonics, and colorful garnishes. Options include the Classic G&T with Tanqueray, lemon, lime, and tonic; Ten Temptations with Tanqueray Ten, orange, lime, and Tanqueray bitters; Rangpur Passion with Tanqueray Rangpur, Passion Fruit, citrus, and tonic; and Malecconade mixed with Tanqueray Malacca, fresh mint, and lemonade. The final option is an enticing combination of Gin & Tapas, including a classic Gin & Tonic cocktail paired with La Rambla by Catalunya’s crowd-favorite jamon croquetas.
La Rambla by Catalunya also offers a “light bites” terrace Happy Hour menu for late afternoons between 3 pm and 8 pm. Classic tapas include Pan de Cristal Con Tomato, and Truffle Bikini with jamon and tetilla cheese, or try terrace-exclusive specials like Artisanal Cheese Board with a selection of five European cheese varieties. Cold tapas on offer include Chef Ferran’s signature Steak Tartare Roll with heritage beef tartare and toasted brioche; and Avocado Lobster with sliced avocado, lobster salad, salmon roe, and ponzu.
