Long Bar Reveals the Next Chapter in the Slingology Series with Junior The Pocket Bar

From 28 November to 25 December 2021, Slingology at the Long Bar unveils its fifth instalment with bespoke tropical cocktail creations from Junior The Pocket Bar. Discover their rendition of the iconic Singapore Sling, Farquhar Sling, along with two other new creations that capture the captivating aromas and flavours of the forest.
Exclusively on 28 November 2021 (Sunday), from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Head Bartender and Owner of Junior The Pocket Bar, Hazel Long, will make a special appearance behind the bar to kick off this exciting month-long collaboration.
