Progressive cocktail bar upgrades to new premises – introduces new cocktail tasting & food menus

Coinciding with their recent 2nd anniversary, progressive Singapore cocktail bar IB HQ have relocated to a new home within the vibrant Duxton Hill enclave. In a collaboration with JAG restaurant, IB HQ have taken over the restaurant’s upper-level space to create an inviting, intimate setting for the appreciation of the IB HQ founder’s innovative cocktail concepts.
Guests at the “new” IB HQ are rewarded with tasting menus offering elevated combinations of culinary and cocktail flavours and locally sourced ingredients. In addition to the existing list of IB HQ signature twists of classic cocktails, a new cocktail tasting menu (available from August 15th) featured under the Bartenders Table concept showcases a collection of cocktails that take inspiration from the Earth Elements – Metal, Fire, and Earth. Complementing the drinks – a menu of bar food sharing dishes has been created by JAG owner and chef Jeremy Gillon.
Standout selections from the Earth Elements cocktails include the Fire – a combination of Fenugreek, Jackfruit bitters, Angostura, Pineapple, Tamarind infused Rum, and Cholula. And the intriguing Earth cocktail – features a House infusion of Fig, Cocoa, Coffee into Vodka stirred down with light and fresh Sanncerre – served with Chocolate, Fig & Coffee Mole Hill.
Currently, IB HQ is open Tuesday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm – and Saturdays between 3:00pm and 10:30 pm.
