Raffles Courtyard presents to cocktail and tequila aficionados its latest collaboration with Don Julio Tequila from now to 16 June 2024. Indulge in a series of intriguing cocktails, infused with Don Julio’s rich heritage and classic expressions through an exceptional array of six curated cocktails created by Raffles Courtyard and Don Julio Tequila. Set within the tropical garden courtyard of Raffles Hotel Singapore, Raffles Courtyard is an inviting bar and lounge with a laid-back vibe and inviting drinks and snacks.
The collaborative menu spotlights three award-winning tequilas that were recognised at the prestigious 2022 Global Spirits Masters. Gold medal winners, Don Julio Blanco Tequila captures tequila in its truest form, featuring a clear bright liquid with crisp aromas of citrus and raw agave, while the beautiful soft golden Don Julio Añejo Tequila features 100% agave tequila that is barrel aged in small batches for 18 months in American white-oak barrel extracting expressions of light vanilla and chocolate. Crafted in homage to tradition, Don Julio Reposado Tequila was awarded with a silver medal, aged for at least six months in American white oak barrels to achieve its uniquely mellow balanced flavour with a smooth and sweet aftertaste.

Guests can select from three exquisitely handcrafted cocktails created by the skilled bartenders of Raffles Courtyard; and three cocktails created by the Don Julio Tequila team – each telling a story of Don Julio Tequila’s storied history.
Cocktail highlights include the González Fizz – created in honour of Don Julio González and a clever amalgamation of zest from lime juice, a hint of herbaceous essence from Angostura Bitters and Don Julio Blanco Tequila’s subtle black pepper finish, fizz from soda, and a touch of sweetness from Midori liqueur and pandan syrup – a nod to the founder’s passion. While the Don Julio Añejo Spicy Margarita is an invigorating spin on the classic margarita featuring Don Julio Añejo Tequila with a dark chocolate aftertaste, paired with citrus flavours from lime juice and dry Curaçao, a careful balance of sugar syrup, and chilli powder for spice. And the Mojito Blanco is a twist of a summer favourite cocktail, crafted with Don Julio Blanco Tequila, lime juice, mint leaves, soda, and sugar syrup – perfect for enjoying with Raffles Courtyard’s beautiful colonial architecture and greenery in the backdrop.
Special “bundles” are offered to elevate the tequila experience with a curated selection of Raffles Courtyard’s signature cocktails perfectly paired with the collaborative menu’s refreshing tipples. “Har Cheong” Boneless Chicken Thigh bundle features deep-fried chicken thigh cooked with shrimp paste and two cocktails of your choice at S$40++, or delight in Spicy Tiger Prawns bundle, presenting juicy tiger prawns with sweet and sour sauce complemented with a side of green papaya salad, and two cocktails of your choice at S$50++.
Raffles Courtyard’s cocktail collaboration with Don Julio Tequila is available daily from 2:00 pm to 10.30 pm from 25th April to June 16th, 2024.
