Design  Located on the fourth level of the prestigious ION Orchard mall on Orchard Road, the Imperial Treasure Steamboat restaurant overlooks Orchard Road with full height windows spanning one side of the interior space. In addition to a central dining room space, a row of plush semi-private dining booths and 5 private dining rooms offer discrete spaces for small groups. Dark timbers, natural toned surfaces and contemporary furnishings impart a sophisticated design aesthetic, while private rooms are accented with luxurious features and street views. Adjacent to the entrance, a large glass-fronted wine cellar showcases an impressive assemblage of premium wines.

Cuisine  At the essence of quality steamboat cuisine, the base soups at Imperial Treasure are prepared daily and simmered on ovens for hours to achieve the required intensity of flavour. From a wide range of soups, popular choices include the Imperial Drunken  Chicken, Traditional Pork’s Bone, Seaweeds & Kelp, Satay Flavour, and Sichuan Spicy. An exceptional selection of condiments provide diners with wide range of flavour enhancements including green and red chilli, spring onions, plum sauce, peanut sauce, chopped garlic, and sambal chili to add to the fresh cuts of top quality meats including Wagyu Beef and USA Choice Short Rib and USA Sliced “Kurobuta” Pork Belly; live seafood such as Australian Abalone, Boston Lobster and Coral Trout; market fresh vegetables, and the specialty housemade meatballs.
