Highly regarded in Singapore and abroad for their consistently high standard, restaurants operated under the Imperial Treasure group focus on leading Chinese regional cuisines. Among the most popular, particularly for special occasion dining, the Super Peking Duck restaurants are renowned for their consummate renditions of the most prestigious of Chinese dishes. The two branches of Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck in Singapore – the original at Paragon – and a sibling restaurant opened at Asia Square 4 years ago – attract a loyal following of discerning local customers, as well as an elite business and visitor clientele. Contemporary sophistication, impeccable service, and the finest authentic roasted Peking duck cooked by experienced chefs from Beijing, assure Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck restaurants their place in the upper echelon of fine dining Chinese restaurants in Singapore.

Design   Located on the second level at the Asia Square complex, in the heart of the city’s new Marina financial centre, Imperial Treasure occupies a prominent corner space overlooking the tower’s entrance lobby. A spacious interior layout allows for a range of seating options – the well-spaced tables of the main dining room, a series of plush semi-private dining booths, plus a total of 7 private dining rooms that discretely seat from 4 to 15 guests. Consistent with the design aesthetic of all Imperial Treasure restaurants, the interior exudes an understated elegance and sophistication, with a comfortable palette of pastel tones, accented with Chinese design references and motifs.

Cuisine   Accomplished chefs from Beijing expertly perform the traditional roasting and table-side carving of Peking Duck. Only whole ducks (pre-ordering required) are served, with traditional Chinese knife skills deployed table-side as the perfectly crisp skin is deftly separated, and meat carved. In addition to the signature Peking Duck, a comprehensive a la carte menu presents a wide variety of classic Chinese dishes, while special set and seasonal menus entice with approachable prices. An exceptional wine cellar features top vintages from many leading global wineries, while a separate bar adjacent to the entrance offers an option for pre-dinner drinks.

Open daily for lunch and dinner, table bookings are always recommended – while the luxurious private rooms attract both corporate and family groups. Imperial Treasure is also a popular venue for weddings and large functions.
