Celebrated restaurant & bar updates cocktail program with progressive new creations

Tippling Club created a progressive new paradigm for fine dining in Singapore with its 2008 opening by chef / co-owner Ryan Clift. Multiple international and local awards have followed – recognition of chef Clift’s imaginative and cutting edge approach to modern gastronomy and dining experiences. Adding another dimension to modern gastronomy in Singapore, Tippling Club pioneered locally the concept of pairing advanced mixology with progressive fine dining – creating unique tasting menus that matched each course with a different cocktail. At the new Tippling Club, constructed within an impressively remodelled pair of shophouses, sophisticated yet unpretentious dining in the restaurant is complemented by the adjoining Tippling Club Bar which attracts a discerning clientele with its all-day service of polished mixology and elevated bar snacks menu. In the stylish bar space, guests can now indulge in tasty bar snacks from the renowned Tippling Club kitchen, whilst imbibing progressive cocktails made by the talented bar team.

New Cocktail Menu  In sync with the evolving gastronomic sensibilities of the Tippling Club kitchen, Head Bartender Kamil Foltan regularly updates the cocktail list with similarly inspired new creations. Cocktails are assembled around a matrix of intersecting flavour profiles ranging from sweet to bitter, fruity to dry, and sour to smokey. Classic cocktails are reinterpreted with infused spirits and culinary ingredients – the familiar Negroni becomes Giacomo – organic dark chocolate infused vodka, sweet vermouth and Campari combine to make a superb “chocolate & orange negroni”. New creations featuring progressive formulations of unexpected ingredient combinations present as well-balanced yet provocative drinks – exemplified by the Sartorial – made with blended whisky, earl grey honey, clove, leather and black peppercorns.

The bar at Tippling Club opens Monday to Friday from 12 pm, and from 6 pm on Saturdays . Recommended to call ahead on busy nights for a seat at the bar – and check out the Facebook Page for special events and drink promotions.
