Make your own version of the iconic Singapore Sling cocktail

May 9th, 2020

Across the region, many of our favourite hotel bars remain closed for the foreseeable future. Down in Sydney,  The Fullerton Hotel Sydney has shared a recipe for its signature cocktail, the #Sydney Sling. The Sydney Sling is a nod to the hotel’s Singaporean roots as a sister hotel to both The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. Both hotels feature a signature Singapore Sling cocktail – and the Sydney Sling is the local Australian version of the Singaporean classic.

Sweet, but with a touch spice, the Sydney Sling is the ultimate happy hour tipple. Get creative, follow the recipe below – and  make your own version at your home bar.
