Recently launched at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore an indulgent and boozy Liquid Brunch awaits discerning connoisseurs at The Bar at 15 Stamford every last Saturday of the month.
Bar patrons can indulge in an absolute feast comprising Pasture-fed Angus Beef; Norwegian Salmon Trout; Pork Prime Rib; Grilled Tiger Prawns; and other stand-out examples of the innovative grill cuisine created by internationally celebrated chef Alvin Leung in the kitchen of the hotel’s signature Asian bistro and grill restaurant, 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung.
Best known as the Demon Chef, Alvin is not the typical Michelin-starred chef. Sporting his iconic blue hairstyle and tattoos, the maverick culinary craftsman found fame with the launch of his Hong Kong restaurant Bo Innovation.
And taking the brunch experience to the next level, an outstanding collection of handcrafted cocktails and fantastic concoctions curated by the hotel’s creative team of mixologists and bartenders including Jungle Bird, Garden of Goose, Papi’s Punch, and Sparkling Wine are included in the all-inclusive (food and drink) fixed price of S$158++ per person.
