Housed within three seamlessly integrated pavilions arranged in a U shape overlooking the central courtyard and beachfront, Ku De Ta offers guests a variety of dining and casual drinking options. Three separate dining concepts and four bars provide a spectrum of experiences ranging from casual all day eating at the beachfront cafe, to elegant dining at white clothed tables in the main pavilion. On the upper level space, the cutting edge Mejekawi Tasting Kitchen & Laboratory opened last year to considerable critical acclaim for its consummate renditions of a contemporary Indonesian cuisine.

At the casual beachfront cafe, guests can enjoy gourmet cuisine cooked with the same meticulous attention to detail as for the fine dining in the main restaurant. Selections from the Lunch and all day Grazing menus include small plates for sharing, salads, sashimi and rice rolls, fresh seafood dishes and bento boxes. While refreshments from the bar are highlighted by the thoughtfully-crafted cocktail list that showcases the latest creations from the award winning mixology team- epitomizing both inventiveness and exemplary technique.

Ku De Ta opens every day from 8 am until late in the night. Information on upcoming events and parties are updated on the Ku De Ta Facebook Page. Dinner reservation for the main restaurant are recommended most nights- particularly in high season periods.
