A new dining concept recently introduced at the Pullman Jakarta Indonesia, Sana Sini Restaurant (“here and there” in Indonesian) elevates the hotel buffet dining experience in Jakarta with its distinctively themed open kitchens and stylish contemporary decor. Focusing on four cuisines- Indonesian, Japanese, Chinese, and Western- each open kitchen in the spacious restaurant floor is helmed by chefs native to the cuisines- ensuring authenticity. Sana Sini serves both an all-day buffet where diners take freshly cooked selections from any of the kitchens, and an a la Carte menu– assembled across the four cuisine sections with an appetising range of dishes. Sana Sini offers discerning diners an attractive and convenient new destination in the heart of Jakarta for both casual or business lunches, and relaxed evening dining. Consummately executed authentic cuisines, served in a contemporary chic environment should resonate favourably with locals and visitors alike.

Sana Sini Restaurant occupies an expansive corner space on the street level of the hotel- with full height glass suffusing the interiors with natural light. Adopting an open-plan layout, generously spaced table settings are interspersed both across the perimeter areas, and adjacent to the respective open kitchens. Attractively sleek and contemporary- natural materials- stone, wood, and local textiles- are deployed to create the comforting earth tones of the decor. Within each themed open kitchen zone the decor blends sympathetically with the aesthetic of the cuisine’s origins. In addition to the general dining areas, a series of semi-private dining rooms are located adjacent to the various open kitchens, and a series of high-backed sofa settings across the glass-walled frontage provide an intimate dining option.

Complementing the four popular cuisines, Sana Sini offers a wide variety of freshly baked desserts at the Makaron Bakeshop. And an exceptional wine program- under the Vinoteca banner of the Pullman group- provides a self-service technology allowing patrons to choose from a broad selection of wines by the glass.

Sana Sini opens daily- serving all day- commencing with breakfast early in the morning through to last dinner orders at 10:30 pm. Reservations are recommended for peak times and for private rooms. Check the Sana Sini Facebook Page for upcoming events and special promotions.
